You long for balance, healthy boundaries, and healthy relationships, but you don’t know where to start. If you can relate to this, you do not have to carry this burden alone.
These are challenges I understand well. I have been married for over 15 years and am a “tween” mom, so I have lived through challenges in marriage, parenting, and life transitions. I will approach you with the compassion and care you need and deserve. The greatest predictor of change in therapy is the collaborative relationship between you and your therapist. Because of this, I provide a therapeutic space where you feel heard and comfortable enough to be yourself.
As a Christian mental health therapist, my gentle, judgment-free approach creates a safe space for you to share openly. We can then start deep, life-changing work as you are ready. I have had the great privilege of counseling individuals working through boundaries, depression, anxiety, grief, and substance abuse. I have also helped those finding their way through difficulties in marriage, parenting, career changes, retirement, health issues, and their family of origin. I use an integrated approach combining different types of therapy. Together, we will find which approach works best for you.
My desire to become a counselor started with my own healing journey. A phenomenal Christian mental health therapist walked with me through life’s difficulties and pointed me to the ultimate healer, Jesus Christ. The transformation I experienced stirred a calling in me to help others find the same kind of freedom and wholeness.
