I am passionate about helping women, especially moms, who feel pulled in all different directions. Whether you are facing parenting challenges, struggling with family boundaries, or the emotional and mental load of being a mom, you don’t have to carry this burden alone. I will work with you and offer practical suggestions that can help.
As an Asian American woman who has received cross-cultural counseling training and traveled globally, I offer a culturally sensitive perspective. Additionally, I hold a special place for those hurt by the church or spiritual harm; your questions, doubts, and heartache are welcome here.

My desire to become a counselor started with my own healing journey.
