Have you ever felt “stuck” or like life just wouldn’t let up? Have you ever felt you weren’t good enough? You’re not alone. I have also found myself feeling the weight of life’s struggles at times.
Life brings about moments of joy as well as moments of sorrow. Sometimes we need to slow down, process our own emotions, and extend grace to ourselves.
I hope to partner with you on your journey to overcoming challenges and finding joy in your life. Whatever you are struggling with, there is hope!
My goal for therapy is to provide a warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental space for you to have the freedom to be completely authentic. I strive to bring a variety of CBT, existential, and narrative approaches and am passionate about helping children, teens, young adults, and couples through life’s often difficult journey. I work with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, OCD, and relationship issues.
I am currently accepting new clients in-person at our Roswell office. If you’d like to schedule a session with me, please reach out to our admin team at admin@restorationcounselingatl.com.
Beth is under the supervision of Troy Synder.
