Have there been times when you have been triggered and cannot deal with “it” anymore? Do you feel like you are spiraling from stress, having difficulty setting boundaries, or fighting change? Is there a relationship rupture you want to repair or an unsatisfied desire for deepened connections?

We struggle with our inner and outer worlds, roles, adjustments, and relationships. I can relate, as I have suffered in seasons of life and wondered why I am being put through various trials. Through my own deep work in therapy, I learned how to unravel and embrace my past such that I can navigate my present and future wholesomely.

We need others to hear our stories to help us make sense of them. However, we can feel so alone in our suffering – we don’t want to burden others, or what we share does not seem to impact them the same way.  We may not know how to ask for help or even what help we need. How can we reach our goals?

I believe we are called to carry each other’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). While being helped in therapy, I discovered my passion for aiding others by extending support and care to those enduring mental and emotional adversity.

I aim to provide a place where you are heard and seen. In our work together, I offer you a safe space to shed any weight you have been carrying, gain a deeper understanding of who you are, and have someone hold hope for you during hard times. As you process what you are going through, you will learn tools and skills to improve your quality of life.

As someone who has found immense insight, comfort, strength, and guidance through my own faith, I know firsthand how valuable it can be to have someone who can set a vision of confidence in times of uncertainty. I’m here to walk alongside you and offer the assurance and direction you need to find your way forward.
